Through David's Eyes
6 - 24 April 2016
Opening Wednesday 6 April, 6.30-8pm
The lyrics to David Bowie’s Starman echo the memory of all that was once great and important, not unlike the idea, vision or sound
'… the loud did seem to fade.’
Drawing and moving the pastel repeatedly across the surface creates the mark of layered density that is both dramatic and transient.
We see and are reminded of this in our ever evolving skies. We often interpret our world through the word, the song and the art,
through the eyes of another, through David’s eyes.
