EXHIBITING

Established in 2000, Tacit has presented numerous solo and group exhibitions. Initially located in Thornbury, since 2010 we have been based in the Abbotsford/Collingwood area located in different venues on the multi-gallery model. In early 2024 we moved to new premises in Abbotsford - spread over two levels including an external 60 square metre terrace and sculpture garden housed within a new seven storey luxury apartment building.

We are in the process of extending our stable of artists - both represented and associate. As an introduction, artists are encouraged to:-

• email 5 images of recent work.
• provide links to social media accounts.
• provide an exhibiting cv.

Following this initial process, artists may be invited to attend an introductory meeting with the curator and be provided with an opportunity to show a folio of work. Such meetings take place on Fridays with curator, Tim Bateson.

Please note that it is expected for Victorian-based artists to have visited our new premises prior to an approach to set up a meeting.
